At DTF Ghost, we stand by the quality of our custom apparel and prints; if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. Please note that custom-printed designs are only eligible for return in the event of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your DTF Ghost account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
