What is DTF printing and how does it differ from screen printing?
Direct to Film (DTF) printing involves printing designs onto a special film and transferring them to fabric using a heat press. Unlike screen printing, it allows for high-detail, full-color gradients without the need for expensive screens or setup fees.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout if you need your transfers or apparel sooner.
What are the washing instructions for DTF Ghost apparel?
To ensure the longevity of your prints, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly on the printed design.
Can I return custom printed items?
Because custom DTF transfers and personalized apparel are made to order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery if you encounter an issue.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders of both DTF transfer sheets and blank apparel. The discount is automatically applied at checkout based on the quantity in your cart.
Which file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We recommend uploading high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG files with a transparent background. We also accept PDF, AI, and PSD files to ensure the highest print quality possible.
